The IP Core is in Kampala. IP routing is done by low/mid level cisco routers and SRX juniper firewalls. Switching is done on Extreme Layer3 switches. Server farm is running red hat enterprise and ubuntu server edition. Expecting to launch full East Africa network Q4 this year with high end equipment. IP transit is provided by a local ISP.
